Spirit Talker ® not working or crashing

If Spirit Talker ® isn't functioning properly, start by updating the app and your iOS version. Restart your device and ensure you have sufficient storage space. If issues persist, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

Inaccurate responses or no responses

If you are not receiving responses, ensure that your device has a functioning magnetometer since the EMF Meter relies on this sensor. Additionally, check for any interference from other electronic devices or environmental factors.

How to delete or reset data/account if applicable

To delete or reset your session data, simply stop the scanner and click on the folder button to access your previous responses. Currently, the app does not support creating user accounts, so all data is session-based.
